Cebu City Issues New Guidelines for Persons Traveling Into the City (EO105) via Seaports and Airports
The Cebu City government released its latest Executive Order (EO) Number 105 and an amending EO 105-A series of 2020, signed on November 16, 2020. These latest EO’s outline the required documentary requirements for applicable persons who can enter Cebu City, and has been titled, as amended, “The Guidelines for Travel of Persons into the City of Cebu from Other Provinces Outside Cebu.”
This takes effect on November 20, 2020 and is only applicable to travelers coming in via the seaports and airports from other provinces outside Cebu Province.
