First make sure you have your Transaction Number on hand. This long number can be found on your PhilSys Transaction Slip, given to you when you left the last station at the National ID registration center.
See below photo as to where exactly it should be.
Proceed to http://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/, enter the transaction number in the transaction slip that was provided in Step 2, or found in your PhilSys Transaction Slip and click on “Track”.
After doing so, you should see the status of your Philippine National ID Card, when and where it was dispatched.
The PHLPost is tasked to parcel your Philippine National ID or PhilID to your registered address.

The tracking is not working. I entered my transaction number twice but it came with no results at all. I registered for National ID back in July 2021.

Hi Vanessa, as per PSA, the reason for being not found in the tracker means that hindi pa sya nadispatch ng philpost.

Good news! Unfortunately for the many others, we just have to wait. PhlPost is just tasked to deliver the PhilIDs. If your PhilID is “Not Found”, it just means it hasn’t been dispatched for delivery and does not mean it is missing. PSA is still catching up with printing the PhilIDs 🙂
