We finally get updated information on who are APOR or Authorized Persons Outside Residence from the institution that is tasked to issue the list. This after the last PNP Joint COVID Shield issued its facebook post last May 2020.
Especially during ECQ, MECQ, and GCQ — actually through all Community Quarantine classifications, knowing who are APOR gets access to certain freedoms in movement.
