Only 30% capacity shall be observed under GCQ, and 50% capacity only for restaurants operating under MGCQ area classification.
The guidelines take into account DOH and DOLE Memoranda on observance of minimum health and workplace safety guidelines.
It also covers all restaurants and fastfood services offering dine-in that are not DOT-accredited.
